The North Carlton Railway Community House have been busy with their local community welcoming people safety back to the centre through a community language ‘Welcome Sign Project’.
The project saw the development of new community welcome signage to be placed at the front entrance to the House. Painting workshops with the local community created a safe, creative and fun way for the local community to come together again.

On the weekend of 1-3 October BANH and the Village are holding the 2021 Moon Lantern Festival. Leaps and Bounds plays a critical role in supporting local artists and venues, and helps boost both the local and surrounding economy and employs more than 1500 artist, producers, technicians and event staff from our arts community.
We have awarded $460,000 over 2 years to 12 organisations to provide dynamic and valuable arts activities in the City of Yarra through the Biennial Arts and Cultural funding streams Creative Yarra and Engage Yarra 2022-23.
