Landscapes of the Mind

Saturday 03 February 2018 - Tuesday 24 April 2018

Ria Ganis, Tidal (2017), detail.

Artist Ria Ganis' exhibition Landscapes of the Mind is an expression of the spontaneous nature of creativity. Her creative ideas often begin in a context of control, but eventually the process takes on a life of its own.

Featuring a series of new works that include colourful, mesmerising paintings that are created, photographed and then printed onto acrylic to appear like landscapes.

The artist states - ‘I believe that it is the serendipity of this process that is the delight of creativity. In this series of images, I aspire to create a mood of meditation and freedom to wander the landscape of your mind.’

Opening hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm.
