ALWAYS LIVE is a brand-new Victoria-wide celebration of contemporary live music. The biggest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and set to make global noise, and they want you to be part of it.

Cementing our position as the live music capital of Australia, ALWAYS LIVE is turning up the volume on our unparalleled home-grown talent, the best acts from around the country and the most sought-after artists from across the globe. The program will feature shows of all scales and styles, created and curated for our special stages, places and beloved venues across Melbourne and throughout the regions.

Looking back, forward and at everything in between, ALWAYS LIVE is about live contemporary music in all its forms: from the industry and musicians to the community and fans who support it, all with the energy and atmosphere Victoria’s live contemporary music scene is known and loved for.

ALWAYS LIVE invites you to join them in championing Victoria's progressive, evolving and resilient live contemporary music community. ALWAYS LIVE will epitomise the live contemporary music experience; and will be a vehicle for our stories, feelings, hopes, dreams and aspirations, reflecting the world we seek to live in.

Through this open call process, we will engage with a range of project partners and are all ears to hear about your ground-breaking, life-changing, live contemporary music event, one-off show or experience that could appear in the ALWAYS LIVE program.
