Support PBS Radio

For 40 years PBS has strived to keep the community airwaves alive with the best music – from jazz to rock, soul to funk, country to blues and beyond. In these extraordinary times, the community needs music more than ever and PBS are committed to keeping real voices and great music on the airwaves. Throughout the month of October, PBS are running their annual Spring Clean Your Conscience member drive, and with the impact on the community radio sector due to COVID-19, they need support more than ever.

PBS’ General Manager Adrian Basso:
“For the past 6 months, PBS has been doing its best to provide some connectedness, comfort and joy in people’s lives with the music we broadcast, and during October we are calling out for support with our annual Spring Clean Your Conscience member drive. It’s been a challenging year for the station, even more so with our impending move to Collingwood Yards in 2021 so we’re asking for those that can to support the station by becoming a member.”

If you love community radio and have the means to support, grab yourself a PBS membership and keep the good vibes rolling, knowing that your membership will directly contribute to PBS doing what they do best – broadcasting specialist music, celebrating iconic artists, and being a champion for local musicians.

All new and renewing members that join up during October go in the draw to win:

• A luxurious, vintage-inspired, hand-woven Zen Pod Chair from Camberwell Cane.
• A vegetable garden DIY pack from Little Veggie Patch Co including: veggie crate, netting kit, organic soil mix, heirloom seeds, tools and gardening book.
• A Rocksteady Records gift card and merch pack including a Rocksteady Records jumper, a t-shirt, tote bag, slip mat and stickers.

And every member will receive a limited-edition PBS tote bag designed by local artist Hana Brenecki.
