The Print Council of Australia is delighted to announce the Print Commission 2020, with six new works by contemporary artists chosen from close to a hundred applications.

Now in its 54th year the Print Commission continues to foster the creation of new work in print media and the development of Australian printmaking. It also provides Australia’s best opportunity to start and grow a museum quality collection of contemporary works on paper, and is an important fundraiser for the PCA.

Major public institutions and private collectors across the country and internationally subscribe to the Print Commission to build their collections, and all PCA members can purchase prints at discounted rates.

The Print Council thanks the judges for 2020, Jazmina Cininas, Artist and Lecturer in Printmaking and Book Arts at RMIT, and Rona Green, Artist.

Thanks to PCA’s generous sponsors, Arthouse Direct and Magnani 1404, and of course to this year’s artists for their fantastic contributions to this long running program.

The view and/or order the selected works, visit the Print Council of Australia's website by 31 October.

Print orders are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so don’t delay in placing your order to ensure you receive your top selections. The prints will be packed and sent out to subscribers in November 2020.

The Print Council of Australia are located on Napier street in Fitzroy and are supported by the City of Yarra.
