Bus Projects is an artist-run organisation dedicated to supporting the critical, conceptual and interdisciplinary practices of Australian artists. In addition to its core gallery-based program of exhibitions, events and residencies, Bus Projects collaborates with a range of artists and arts organisations to produce projects off-site and within the public realm.

Founded in 2001, Bus Projects is part of a group of long-running Victorian Artist-Run Initiatives (ARIs) that make a significant contribution to the vibrancy and diversity of the state's arts and culture.

In early 2020, Bus Projects will relocate to a new space at Collingwood Arts Precinct (CAP), eliminating the fee-to-exhibit model and continuing to support Australian artists to make and show work on their own terms.

Yarra City Arts is delighted to support Bus Projects’ 2020 Program, which engages with a broad gamut of cultural production including exhibitions, events, discussions, publications, education programs, performances, inter-organisational collaboration and community co-production.
