Williams Reserve Community Room

The Williams Reserve Community Room is adjacent to a small park and residential apartment building in Richmond. This intimate and modern space is suitable for small meetings and training sessions.

The room is located on the ground floor of the building, has capacity for 20 people and is ideal for programs, training sessions, meetings and classes.

We will not accept parties or events with loud music, due to close proximity to local residents.

Restrictions and Further Information

  • All functions must start after 8am and finish by 8pm
  • The Williams Reserve Community Room is in a residential area; noise levels must be monitored. We will not accept parties, private events or events with loud music.
  • You must dispose of your own rubbish when using this venue.
  • You must supply your own cutlery, crockery, glassware and linen.
  • You may choose your own caterer; names of recommended caterers can be provided upon request.
  • This is not a licensed venue. If you wish to supply alcohol free of charge or to allow your guests to bring their own alcohol, you must submit a Partysafe form to Victoria Police.
  • Limited street parking in the area, paid parking available at Victoria Gardens shopping centre.

If you’re a registered user and have booked a venue with us before, you can log on to make a new booking.

If you’re a first-time user, please register with us.

If you are from an organisation, please ensure you register your organisation and book in the organisation’s name.

Not-for-profit groups may be eligible for a discounted rate. You must first contact us on 9205 5555 or info@yarracity.vic.gov.au to get verified for a discounted rate.
