Before creating a tentative booking with us for your event, we strongly recommend you visit the Town Hall in person for a site visit to ensure the venue is a good fit for your event.
Site visits are by appointment only. Please call our Booking Officers during business hours to arrange the best time- we can also give you an idea of current availability over the phone.
Site visits usually take around 30 minutes and are led by one of our experienced Venues Officers.
You will be shown the main event space, kitchen, bathrooms, entry and loading points, furniture and equipment available for hire.
You are welcome to take photos, take measurements and bring friends, family members or contractors with you.
Once you have had your site visit, please call or email us to create your booking!

You will be required to collect a key or swipe card from Collingwood Town Hall and expected to visit the venue and return the key within the same day.
Library Meeting RoomsSite visits at the library meeting rooms are less formal- we encourage you to visit during library opening hours and if the room is vacant, a librarian will allow access to the space.
