Yarra City Council's Room to Create program is seeking an Expression of Interest for a one-year licence for the partial premises at the Florence Peel Centre, located at 126 Moor St, Fitzroy.

The program encompasses a range of initiatives to help support artists and keep the arts thriving in Yarra. The pressures of increased land value and diminishing availability of space continue to present challenges to arts and cultural creatives and organisations. We are committed to supporting our vibrant, creative arts sector and community through offering support and creative solutions.

The Florence Peel Centre is a community facility located adjacent to the Fitzroy Town Hall and Library. Entrance to the building is via 190 Young St, and the subject area is at the rear of the centre, with secure access. The space comprises of four rooms of varying size, a kitchen and is approximately 90m2 in total.  There are two toilets (one accessible) located within the centre.
