Are you a contemporary artist, with lens-based or digital practice, who is keen to develop their skills in site-responsive projection?
The Centre for Projection Art is offering opportunities for artists to undertake new projects over winter and spring through their 2020 Mentorship and Residency program, at their new home at Collingwood Yards.
Successful applicants will be mentored by experienced and recognised artists over a twelve-week period while undertaking a studio residency, to develop work for public exhibition. Artists will receive an honorarium to present the work at the end of the residency term, either at Gertrude Street Projection Festival or another Centre for Projection Art exhibition.
For more information and dates, visit the Centre for Projection Art website. Applications close midnight, Friday 3 April.
This project is supported by the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria, Besen Family Foundation and City of Yarra.
