PBS to move into Collingwood Arts Precinct
Sunday 28 January 2018
PBS is the first tenant recently announced to move into the Collingwood Arts Precinct and former TAFE site in Johnston Street.
Local community broadcaster PBS 106.7FM has been an integral player in Melbourne’s diverse music community since 1979. They are a radio station with more than 80 music programs recognised for their contribution and nurturing of Melbourne’s incredibly vibrant and diverse music community. PBS also produce the much loved Rock-A-Bye Baby gigs at Fitzroy Town Hall in City of Yarra.
Following the announcement of this major anchor tenant, an opportunity is now available for small to medium sized organisations looking to become Key Tenants. There are more than fifteen tenancies on the site open to Expressions of Interest from the creative community, with more than 1800 square metres of versatile and unique space — including many of the most prominent locations — suited to creative galleries, studios, workspace and offices as well as hospitality and retail.
Expressions of Interest from arts organisations and creative enterprises will be received via the CAP online submissions portal until 28 February 2018.
Further information regarding criteria and process for organisations and individuals looking to express interest in key tenancies is available on the CAP website.
