Impossible Dance (ii) (titled after Fiona Buckland’s 2002 queer world-building and dance-floor analysis essay) is a selection of 5 black and white photographic prints taken from within Lucas’ decade-spanning photographic social documentation practice, from counter and sub-culture spheres (such as queer clubs, gay parties, punk and underground events.)

Impossible Dance (ii) is held as part of Brunswick Street Gallery’s Ground Floor Gallery Project, proudly supported by City of Yarra.
