The Boite presents Sounds and Spaces 2018 - A diverse season of music in City of Yarra. 

Karen Moreno sings traditional Venezuelan ‘tonadas llaneras’.

In this concert, Karen pays tribute to the late Simon Diaz, singer and composer hailed as a national hero for his revival of "llanera" folk music of Venezuela. In this very personal take on the music of her roots, Karen will be accompanied by fellow Venezuelan musicians Daniel Jauregui, Alberto Escobar and Jesus Camacho on traditional cuatro and harp to bring the special and beautiful tonadas to Melbourne.
