Conveniently located near Collingwood Train Station and Collingwood Town Hall, seating 60 this room is ideal for small community gatherings, workshops and meetings.

The Collingwood Library Meeting Room has many different configurations and is a very popular, flexible venue. Collingwood Library is open 6 days a week and located close to Hoddle Street.

Restrictions and further information

• The Collingwood Library Meeting Room are available to be booked between 8am and 11pm.
• Currently not available on Sundays
• This venue is not available to hire on public holidays.
• As the meeting rooms are located within the library building, noise levels must be controlled during office and library hours. Noise levels that can be heard outside the room may result in the booking being cancelled and money withheld.
• For meetings held outside library opening hours a representative of the hirer must visit the Library prior to the meeting to collect the keys and receive information about opening and closing procedures.
• Facilities must be left in a clean and orderly state; tables and chairs must be returned to their original places or additional charges may apply.
• Alcohol is not permitted in this meeting room.

Not-for-profit groups may be eligible for a discounted rate. You must first contact us on 9205 5577 or info@yarracity.vic.gov.au to get verified for a discounted rate.
