The ALGWA Vic. 2021 conference will see up to 200 women Councillors, Mayors, CEOs, intending candidates for Local Government elections and Local Government Officers gather in Fitzroy for 2 days of programming focusing on the theme Culture, Conduct and Retention. The event will celebrate the impact women have made on Local Government for the last 100 years since Mary Rodgers became the first female Councillor elected in Victoria when she was elected in Richmond Council.
Following the cancellation of the 2020 conference due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s edition of the ALGWA Vic. conference hosted in the City of Yarra is expected to be the largest one to date. Various sponsorship packages remain available should you wish to take part in this important event and connect with women in local government from right across Victoria. We would also be happy to discuss tailored contributions, just reach out to our team at email@example.com
